Premier Air Duct Cleaning’s name says it all “PREMIER” We had our air ducts and furnace cleaned today by Premier. We had no idea what to expect (personally I thought they were gonna stick something through each vent to clean them) I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!! Both Ronnie and Dave were professional from beginning to end and very knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained what they would being doing step by step. They even taught my husband and I a few things abt air duct cleaning and ways to help keep good air quality in our home. They were tidy while working and cleaned up throughly behind themselves once the job was done. WE will definitely use Premier again in the future for air and dryer duct cleaning and HVAC system issues. Definitely worth the cost. And to add both Ronnie and Dave were friendly and had great customer service skills.

Outstanding Service and Very Reasonable Price

My HVAC ducts hadn't been cleaned in decades, so I reached out to Ronny a Premier. Had a very informative phone call where he "walked me through the basics" including their superior truck-mounted vacuum/grinder.

He and his partner arrived at noon and after very thorough prep, proceeded to insert high pressure air with 8 plastic "whips" way down into every supply and return duct to loosen all the junk that was caked to the insides.

Next, they attached 12" vacuum hoses to the "main ducts" at the furnace and fired up the truck vacuum/grinder. I couldn't believe how much ground up junk came out of it.

The "before" and "after" pictures they took tell the whole story. I can actually feel the difference in the airflow for the supply registers, so I'm certain their work raised the overall efficiency of my system.

Lastly, while one of them loaded their truck, the other was not only sweeping, but mopping small areas on the floor where some dust had fallen. I was very impressed.

Over all, I was very impressed and I'd give them SIX stars if I could.

Ron and his team are the best. Quality work and excellent communication at every step. Ron goes above and beyond and his team are just great people overall. Definitely use Premier for all your HVAC needs.

Ron and Ed were on time, polite and very careful throughout entire process. All procedures and equipment were explained. They cleaned both ducts and dryer vent. No damage even when ceiling vent covers were painted over in places. House was spotless when they finished. Price was reasonable. They are very hardworking, pleasant and easy to communicate with. Ronnie with Premier Duct Cleaning was awesome. He gave me a fair and transparent estimate and was available to schedule less than a week after we first spoke. Our furnace is over 25 years old and during the cleaning process a small piece was damaged. Ronnie made sure that the furnace piece was replaced and repaired at no cost to me. We received a duct blockage warning on our clothes dryer during the holidays and couldn’t get in touch with a duct cleaning company until I received a call from Premier Duct Cleaning. There was a snow storm coming and they were determined to help us before the storm. They came out early on a freezing Saturday morning and completed a complicated task of clearing the blockage from our roof vent. Dave and Ron were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and took care of our problem. They are reasonable, punctual and very competent. I would give them more than five stars if they were available.

We used Premier Duct Cleaning for the first time after moving into our new home. The owner promptly returned my call and scheduled my whole home duct cleaning for the very next week. The two person crew that did the cleaning were very polite and knowledgeable and cleaned up very well after themselves. Our before and after pictures are astounding! We moved into a house on base and noticed mold around a vent and dirty duct work. We called Ronnie and within 24hr he called us back and gave us a a plan to move forward and scheduled a time to implement a UV light into the HVAC system. A few days later Ronnie and team thoroughly and professionally did their work and assured us with what they were doing and maintained open communication about the service the entire time. They were here a few hours and did honest work!

Great set of guys. They came out for the initial appointment on time. They were polite and professional. I had mold growing out of my vents, making my family sick, so they gave me a quote and got to work that same week. There were issues getting rid of all the mold but they worked until it was completely gone and when all was said and done they never charged me labor over thier initial quote. I was extremely happy with them and would definitely recommend to others. I'll be hiring them again if I ever need something similar done in my house in the future.
